Job Summary
Develop and execute Jade's investor relations strategy by crafting messaging, Q&A, and presentation materials for institutional investors, analysts, and sell-side banks. Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, translating complex scientific and clinical data into clear narratives while managing SEC filings and earnings communications. Monitor market sentiment, analyst commentary, and regulatory catalysts to prepare briefing materials for leadership ahead of roadshows, conferences, and analyst calls. Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Clinical, and Regulatory teams to ensure alignment on investor materials, quarterly reporting, and capital markets activities. Maintain deep knowledge of the company's pipeline, including JADE101 and JADE201, and upcoming milestones to support Board and executive engagement. This remote role reports to the CFO and requires periodic travel for investor events and company meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 years of related experience
- 5 to 8+ years of relevant experience in biotechnology investor relations, sell-side equity research, investment banking, corporate strategy, business development, corporate communications, or a related capital markets role
- Strong understanding of public biotechnology company dynamics
- Ability to communicate sophisticated scientific and clinical concepts clearly to institutional investors and analysts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a scientific, medical, business, finance, or related field
- Prior experience as a sell-side biotechnology or healthcare research associate
- Experience developing public equity research, investor materials, or clinical-stage company analysis
- Familiarity with Regulation FD and public company disclosure practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, investor databases, and market intelligence tools
- Familiarity with FactSet, CapIQ, Bloomberg, Visible Alpha, Ipreo, AlphaSense, or similar platforms
