Director, Investor Delivery

Complete daily deliverables for investor registration, dealing, reporting, and cash processing while adhering to company policies and service level agreements. Respond to client, investor, fund manager, and internal department queries maintaining a high-quality standard. Perform allocated tasks with accuracy, escalate issues as required, and participate in regular team meetings to share information and support colleagues. Support management on department initiatives, projects, and risk mitigation efforts. Requires a diploma or bachelor's degree in a business-related field with relevant financial services experience.
