Job Summary

Senior leadership role accountable for shaping and delivering the firm’s Investment Proposition across insured funds, smoothed solutions, OEICs and Model Portfolio Services for the UK advised wealth and retirement market. Owns Investment Proposition development and governance, sets multi-year roadmaps, and guides design of smoothed funds and OEIC ranges. Collaborates with the Investment Office, CIO, Distribution, Product Proposition teams, Risk, Compliance and Operations to ensure propositions are competitive, scalable, and aligned with customer outcomes and adviser needs. Leads on ESG and responsible investment integration, investment communications for advisers, and ensures market-leading, compliant proposition narratives. Manages a high-performing proposition team with clear governance, cross-functional collaboration, and governance cadences across the enterprise while balancing commercial objectives and regulatory expectations.

Required Qualifications

  • Essential: Senior leadership experience in investment management, wealth, insurance, or DFM environments, with accountability for multi-asset investment propositions.
  • Knowledge of retail market investment solutions, adviser-facing ecosystem and adviser investment communication experience.
  • Ability to articulate complex investment concepts clearly and credibly to UK wealth advisers and platforms.
  • Experience in retirement-focused solutions, including decumulation, volatility management, or smoothed outcomes within CRP-aligned propositions.
