Director Investment & Business Development - Saudi National

Lead investment and business development for sustainable urban development projects. Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy, identify investment opportunities through market research and feasibility studies, and drive funding by cultivating relationships with investors and financial institutions. Oversee due diligence (financial, legal, and technical), lead deal structuring (equity, debt, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships), ensure regulatory compliance and reporting, and provide team leadership to the investment development group. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred. 15+ years of experience in investment management, financial analysis, or corporate finance with a focus on infrastructure or real estate investments. Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and proficiency in financial modeling. Fluency in English and Arabic (reading and writing).
