Job Summary
Director, Investment Analytics leads analytical strategy for large leases, tenant credit evaluations, capital investments, internal valuations, and potential redevelopments, dispositions, and acquisitions. Partners with Finance, Asset Management, and Leasing to translate quantitative data into strategic recommendations for senior leadership, and prepares Investment Committee materials. Oversees underwriting, cash flow modeling, and valuation analyses; collaborates with Asset Management and Corporate Finance; mentors team and drives process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled analytics. Requires expert-level Argus and Excel skills, deep real estate investment knowledge, and the ability to distill complex data into clear strategic messaging and presentations.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant work experience
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Master’s Degree (or equivalent experience) preferred
- Strong financial modeling and analysis skills
- Experience with Argus and Excel
- Real estate investment, asset management, or corporate finance background
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
