Job Summary
Lead the Inventory Replenishment team and define/execute replenishment programs to support Farm Boy’s business objectives. Drive inventory performance (turns, fill rates, shelf-life, product freshness) through forecasting, reporting, and data analytics; partner with Supply Chain for timely information flow; leverage data-driven insights to optimize inventory control models; provide leadership to Inventory Replenishment and Category Administration teams; identify operational opportunities and implement strategic actions to improve efficiency; collaborate with cross-functional partners to align sales plans with purchase orders; develop and implement distribution strategies to maintain appropriate inventory across locations; guide the team in using reporting tools to identify exceptions, risks, and opportunities in daily inventory management; establish scalable processes to address constraints; contribute to team success with additional related responsibilities as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or related field
- 7 years of progressive experience in replenishment, supply chain, or operations within grocery/food retail
- Strong knowledge of retail replenishment and ERP systems in food industry
- Proven leadership experience in developing, mentoring, and inspiring teams
- Data-driven approach to decision making with analytical/problem-solving capabilities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cross-functional collaboration
- Fluency in English; French language skills considered an asset
