Job Summary
Lead the development of annual financial plans, monthly forecasts, and open-to-buy strategies for Bath and Furniture categories, presenting recommendations to executive leadership. Own sales, inventory, margin, and expense forecasting while monitoring business performance through daily, weekly, and monthly analysis to maximize inventory productivity and profitability. Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain, and Distribution leaders to optimize inventory flow, support floor sets, and resolve operational issues. Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing planning team while communicating department strategy and financial objectives across the organization. Requires 10+ years retail experience, 5+ years in people management, and proficiency with ERP systems and Excel.

- 10+ years retail experience
- 5+ years people management experience
- 5+ years DTC inventory planning experience
