Job Summary
Develop the Global Integrated Access Strategy for Parkinson's and Psychosis portfolios, focusing on pricing, reimbursement, and access consistent with commercial goals. Lead the creation of core payer materials, support HTA submissions, and optimize evidence generation for pipeline assets in depression, bipolar, and schizophrenia. Provide input into clinical development programs to ensure endpoints optimize price and patient access globally. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate global payer value propositions and assess market access assumptions within the Financial Planning Process. Manage therapeutic area-specific budgetary activities and ensure launch readiness across international markets including EU5, Canada, Brazil, Russia, Switzerland, and Japan.
Required Qualifications
- 10- 15 years of experience in Pricing and Market Access
- ideally at a global, area of or 5LBU country level
- B.A/B.S required
- Education: prefer degree in a scientific or economic area
- MBA preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Strong clinical and disease area knowledge
- Experience in developing and managing market access strategies globally
- Experience in payer trends, evaluating drivers of market access success
- Knowledge of pricing policy & regulations and healthcare in key markets
- Understanding of regulatory agency requirements or policies that govern market approval, and the impact on reimbursement decisions
- Working knowledge of health economic modeling
- Education: prefer degree in a scientific or economic area
- MBA preferred
