Director, International Experiences

Job Summary
Oversee Jewish engagement travel programs for audiences 18-26, primarily in Israel, by supervising the International Experiences Associate and developing strategies to increase participation across the portfolio. Manage existing partnership programs, research new initiatives, and cultivate relationships with program providers, campus partners, and agencies to support successful facilitation. Lead planning, event development, and execution for large and small-scale programs while ensuring grant parameters are met and reporting to donors and committees. Handle crisis response by mobilizing resources, organizing support, and communicating with participants and parents during unexpected periods. Full-time role with international and domestic travel, including Israel, campus visits in Cleveland and Ohio, and networking meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Significant experience living and/or working in Israel
