Job Summary
Own the internal communications strategy and governance for Five9, including the channel stack, budget, and standards for all company-wide moments. Drive change and transformation communications for reorgs, leadership transitions, acquisitions, and AI adoption while managing disclosure discipline during the earnings cycle. Script all-hands content and manage organizational announcements for leadership changes, ensuring accurate sequencing with People, Legal, and Investor Relations. Build manager enablement programs and crisis frameworks to maintain a single, calm internal voice during workforce actions and sensitive situations. Measure impact through engagement surveys and close the loop with employee feedback to refine the two-way communication rhythm.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience in internal communications, employee communications, or a closely related field
- meaningful time spent leading the function in a fast-growing B2B SaaS or enterprise technology company
