Director, Internal Communication

Plan and lead enterprise internal communication strategy aligned with corporate strategy and brand orientation; act as strategic advisor to senior leadership on internal communication, employee engagement and change communication; develop and oversee internal content across platforms; ensure messaging consistency, governance, and risk management; manage end-to-end internal campaigns, measurement, and continuous improvement; build a high-performing team, drive collaboration across units, and ensure alignment with corporate culture and transformation initiatives; required skills include strong leadership, enterprise-wide program management, stakeholder management, bilingual communication (English and Vietnamese), and deep knowledge of internal communications best practices for large organizations.
