Director, Interior Architecture & Design

Oversee finances, business development, operations, and team member management for the Interior Design group. Take overall responsibility for proposals and contracts, review project budget reports, and manage organizational charts and office forecasts. Ensure positive team culture and morale while reviewing monthly revenue projections and preparing business reports. Drive growth by developing client relationships, attending networking functions, and utilizing the CRM system to track activity. Proactively manage project liabilities and collaborate with Talent Acquisition to recruit new team members.
