Job Summary
Senior leader responsible for end-to-end execution of India strategy by integrating operations, business development, transformation initiatives, and functional delivery. Acts as the Country Director’s chief integrator to align growth, risk, and execution, overseeing service delivery, customer experience, cost efficiency, scalability, and operational resilience. Lead large-scale transformations (operating model changes, digital/AI enablement, and integrations) with repeatable playbooks, ensuring governance, decision-rights, and performance Dashboards (OKRs/KPIs). Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Technology to embed requirements upfront.
