Job Summary
Lead the integration and management of multiple SOCs with unified processes, toolsets, and response protocols. Drive operations for cyber security detection tools, ensuring alignment with enterprise risk. Foster talent acquisition and retention in a collaborative SOC environment. Ensure governance across all subsidiaries and optimize defensive security capabilities. Manage end-to-end ITDR operations and oversee performance of cyber security tools. Provide technical guidance and maintain SOC standards, ensuring effective coverage and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Technical Expertise in cyber security protection tools and network security
- Operational Excellence in service levels across subsidiaries
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Deep knowledge of cyber security governance and regulatory requirements
