Job Summary
Director, Integrated Media Planning responsible for managing the daily strategic needs of the business and integrating with the broader OMD teams, creative partners, and media owners. Leads the vision and execution of integrated media plans across social, content relationships, data strategies, mobile opportunities, and other channels, with a strong emphasis on innovation, data-driven decision making, and client growth. Requires 10+ years of integrated media planning experience, proven leadership ability, collaboration with multiple partners, and the ability to educate teams and stakeholders while delivering impactful, holistic channel strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a four-year college or university
- 10+ years of integrated media planning experience
- Track record of handling big client ambitions
- Ability to create and execute a holistic channel approach to planning
- Experience collaborating with media owners, agency business units and creative agency partners
- Proven leadership ability and experience managing a team
- Advanced knowledge of media fundamentals and an ability to educate at all levels
- Strong comfort level with data, analytics, and measurement
