Job Summary
Own the global B2B marketing strategy for mid-market advertisers, designing scalable, data-driven solutions that drive retention and revenue growth. Lead account-based marketing programs for high-value accounts, partnering with Sales and XFN teams to align messaging and measurement. Build and grow the Mid-Market Marketing team by establishing organizational structures, hiring top talent, and fostering professional development. Execute key workstreams including a foundational lifecycle engine and marketing experiments to test, learn, and scale successful initiatives. Champion a test-and-learn mindset while leveraging AI tools to accelerate efficiency and surface performance insights for smarter resource allocation. Partner with executive stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Growth Marketing to align on integrated plans and remove organizational obstacles.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in business marketing
- at least 10 years of experience specifically in Mid-Market or SMB Marketing
- Proven experience in building teams, capabilities and programs from the ground up
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, a related field, or equivalent experience
- This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times/quarter
- This position is not eligible for relocation assistance
