Job Summary
Director - Integrated Campaigns leads planning and execution of ACC-wide marketing and brand campaigns, translating strategic priorities into actionable campaign plans and ensuring consistent messaging across platforms. Acts as the primary liaison between the Conference and its 18 member institutions, coordinating toolkits, assets, and messaging, and aligning campaign strategy with school-level execution. The role requires cross-functional collaboration across marketing, brand, creative, and content teams, managing timelines, deliverables, and workflows, identifying risks and dependencies, and driving clarity and accountability among internal and external stakeholders. The position involves strategic thinking with precise execution, leading without formal authority, and demonstrates strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Travel to multiple sites and attendance at events may be required; office-based with readiness for varying venues. Requires experience in strategy/marketing, strong PM capabilities, stakeholder management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; travel and pre-employment screening are noted by the employer. This role emphasizes shaping campaign strategies, developing presentations and briefs, and translating insights into actionable plans while representing ACC professionally.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in strategy, consulting, marketing, or related field
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Must pass pre-employment screens
