Job Summary
Define and maintain Integrated Business Planning standards and best practices across Demand, Supply, Governance, and Finance integration for the Beer Division. Own the IBP North Star, initiative roadmap, and maturity progression while leading the Process Health Check and Maturity Assessment to ensure a single version of the truth. Drive decision quality and value creation by embedding scenario-based planning and prioritizing work across the end-to-end value chain. Lead change efforts to establish IBP as the core enterprise operating model for balancing growth, cost, and risk. Reports to the Senior Director, IBP CoE with indirect reports including Process SMEs and Analysts. Requires a Bachelor's degree with 8-10+ years in Supply Chain/IBP and experience governing standards in matrixed organizations. Full-time role based in Chicago, Illinois (travel <50%), with a salary range of $117,100.00 - $212,900.00.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8-10+ years in Supply Chain/Integrated Business Planning
- deep IBP domain expertise across Demand, Supply, and Executive/Financial review cycles
- Proven experience designing or governing standards, frameworks, or maturity models within a large, matrixed organization
- Experience facilitating cross-functional governance forums and steering committees
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time and work on a computer for extended periods
- Lifting may be required
- Must be available for Chicago, Illinois
- Must be available for Rochester, New York
- Must be able to travel <50%
