Director Insurance Practice in Bangalore leads end-to-end solution design and functional leadership for multiple P&C projects, aligning customer business processes with out-of-the-box systems, and acting as a trusted advisor to customers. Key duties include leading blueprint, solution design, and governance workshops; coordinating with delivery, product, QA, and engineering teams to ensure smooth execution of functional scope; applying expert knowledge of Sapiens core insurance applications (and alternatives like Guidewire, Duckcreek, Policy400, Genesys, Ebao Tech); leveraging AI tools for requirements analysis, documentation, and process mapping; validating AI outputs for correctness and alignment with business rules; building autonomous AI capabilities while ensuring responsible AI governance, privacy, and validation. Critical characteristics include strategic, end-to-end thinking, strong leadership and mentoring, accountability for solution success, and achievement of BA KPIs. The role is part of Sapiens’ P&C division with a flexible work model combining remote and in-office work in Bangalore.
