Job Summary
Develop and maintain futures clearing and execution relationships with institutional clients, driving growth through structured sales plans that include attending industry conferences and leveraging attendee lists. Onboard new clients while utilizing the StoneX multi-product platform to broaden the firm's institutional reach across equities, options, fixed income, and advanced trading. Monitor client accounts for margin calls, P&L fluctuations, and revenue, collaborating with the Risk team to retrieve updated financials annually. Maintain leads and the book of business in the CRM, proactively cross-selling into other StoneX business lines while delivering high-level service to earn client confidence. Requires a minimum annual production of $1,000,000 in revenue/P&L, Series 3 certification, and a Bachelor's degree.
Required Qualifications
- Deep understanding of the futures industry
- Proven FCM sales experience
- Plan, prioritize, and balance multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines and achieve goals
- Apply strong analytical skills to evaluate client needs and industry trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
- High ethical standards and commitment to integrity in all business dealings
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client service and operational excellence
- Travel to client locations as required to build and maintain relationships
- Maintain prompt and consistent attendance to support team and client needs
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Economics or any related field
