Job Summary
Direct Installations Innovations programs for Bloom Energy, overseeing strategic engineering and construction initiatives to improve installation safety, efficiency, and quality. Lead cross-functional collaboration with external partners, co-develop and guide installer model needs for USC&I installations, assess product-installation requirements and risks, update install guidelines, and mitigate risks throughout development. Drive organizational improvements, mentor Installations staff in strategic problem solving and sustainable process development, and communicate complex issues effectively to executives. Requires 15+ years in a fast-paced environment with 10+ years in technical/construction project management, strong leadership and presentation skills, and proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment with rapidly shifting priorities
- 10+ years of technical or construction project management experience
- Excellent executive communicator and presenter
- Ability to distill multi-faceted issues into concise key messages
- Proven track record of motivating cross-functional teams
- Ability to break down complex problems into root causes and provide actionable solutions
- Command of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; advanced experience preferred
