Job Summary

Director, Inside Sales to design and own Neo’s inside sales framework, including operating model, playbooks, KPIs, compensation philosophy, and technology stack. Responsible for defining the revenue strategy within existing customer base, enabling cross-sell and upsell across multiple products, and ensuring scalable, data-driven execution with AI-enabled tools. Collaborates across CX Operations, Lifecycle, Marketing, and Product to align the inside sales motion with the broader customer journey, measures performance, and delivers upstream insights to drive revenue growth.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in inside sales, inbound sales, or sales strategy roles
  • demonstrated track record of building and optimizing sales functions
  • infrastructure design (sales operating models, playbooks, measurement frameworks)
  • ability to lead through influence without direct management
  • experience with multi-product expansion (cross-sell/upsell)
  • technology-forward mindset (AI tools, lead scoring, outreach automation, conversation intelligence)
  • data-driven approach to funnel metrics and revenue
  • cross-functional collaboration with Lifecycle, Marketing, Product, and Operations
