Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of projects across major infrastructure sectors, including power, utilities, transport, and renewables. Inspire and grow a high-performing team while building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor. Drive business development to expand market presence and champion service delivery excellence. Requires currently residing in Australia with full working rights, a professional qualification in construction, cost management, engineering, or project management, and a minimum of 15 years' experience in a similar industry. Must demonstrate exceptional business development experience with a large network in the South Australia infrastructure market and outstanding interpersonal skills for a fast-paced consultancy environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be currently residing in Australia with full working rights
- Professionally qualified in one or more of the following fields: construction, cost management, engineering or project management
- Minimum 15 years' experience in a similar industry
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the construction industry
- Experience with major projects in utilities, power, transport, and/or renewables
- Exceptional business development experience with a large network in the South Australia infrastructure market
- Experience of working within a client focussed consultancy environment
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to work with staff at all levels
- Strong time management skills, quick thinking and resilience to deal with a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail with the ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
