Job Summary
Director, Infrastructure & Operations Services leads IT Infrastructure & Operations, sets mission and strategy, governs service portfolio and budgets, drives ITSM adoption, and develops enterprise technology standards. Responsible for stakeholder management, governance, risk/compliance alignment, business continuity planning, and staffing/development to deliver IT services in support of business operations. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and at least 10 years of leadership experience in IT infrastructure/operations; ITIL certification is an asset. Reports to CTO & VP BI; salary not disclosed; location: Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada; full-time permanent role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- at least 10 years’ experience in a leadership position responsible for IT infrastructure and operations management
