Job Summary
Director of IT Infrastructure & Service Delivery responsible for strategy, architecture, operations, and continuous improvement of enterprise IT infrastructure and related service delivery in a blended on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environment. Leads cloud adoption and optimization (Azure, AWS, GCP), data center and on-premises infrastructure, network and connectivity, end-user computing, collaboration tools, and IT service management (ITIL). Partners with OT and manufacturing leadership to translate business needs into technology solutions; drives governance, security, compliance, and cost management; oversees vendor, financial, and contract management; and mentors high-performing teams to ensure uptime, safety, productivity, and continuous improvement. Requires Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in information systems with 5-7 years of leadership; capable of managing budgets, engaging executives, and delivering enterprise IT objectives in a manufacturing context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in managing information systems
- 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in IT
- Deep subject matter expertise in at least one Infrastructure technology domain
- Ability to act as a business partner, understanding service standards and the process for analyzing and recommending solutions
- Excellent leadership, organizational, planning and project management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent business acumen and analytical skills; ability to drive informed decisions
- Sound financial acumen and ability to manage budgetary resources
- Ability to travel as required
