Director, Information Technology - Data Analytics & AI Strategy leads the design and execution of Atlantis Dubai's data and AI strategy, overseeing data architecture, pipelines, and analytics platforms; identifies and implements AI and ML use cases to enhance guest experience, revenue, and operational performance; evaluates AI tools and vendors; drives end-to-end delivery from proof of concept to production; defines KPIs to measure ROI and impact; creates dashboards and data narratives for senior leadership; fosters a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across IT and business teams. The candidate brings senior leadership experience in data engineering, analytics, and enterprise platforms, with deep expertise in data warehousing, data pipelines, AI concepts (including LLMs), cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), system integrations, and stakeholder management, and is prepared to lead cross-functional teams within a luxury hospitality context.
