Job Summary
Director-level leadership responsible for a enterprise analytics and reporting strategy across clinical and financial operations, with a focus on Epic optimization, automation, and data integration. Drives analytics initiatives to improve clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, and financial performance; partners with CFO and other leaders; oversees data governance, KPIs, and analytics infrastructure; leverages automation, AI, and predictive analytics; educates staff on Epic functionality and analytics best practices; manages budgets and vendor relationships; aligns analytics initiatives with enterprise goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Data Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in healthcare management with specialization in Information Systems, project management, product development, and/or technology leadership
- Epic Expertise: Proven experience with the Epic EHR system required
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
- Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization, from technical teams to executive leadership
