Job Summary
Director, Information Security responsible for leading the vision, strategy, and execution of CCM’s security program in a hybrid technology environment, including governance for AI adoption (Agentic AI), risk management, compliance with HIPAA/PCI-DSS/HITRUST, and coordination with executive leadership and the Board. The role oversees policy development, security operations, audits, incident response, and staffing/budgeting for the IT Security function, with on-site work required in Orlando or Melbourne, FL. Key activities include developing an IT Security Roadmap, leading AI security for software development and automation, coordinating with the AI Oversight Committee, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining security across on-premises and cloud environments, and delivering Board-ready reporting.”,
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security or closely related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in information security
- Prior supervisory experience leading IT security professionals
- Experience with HIPAA, PCI-DSS, HITRUST, SOC 1/2/3
- Experience with security tools and technologies listed in the posting
- Ability to work onsite in Orlando, FL or Melbourne, FL

- Experience supporting AI governance and secure AI adoption
