Job Summary
Director, Influencer Marketing to architect Simon's creator ecosystem across our portfolio of shopping centers. Lead an always-on, full-funnel creator strategy spanning awareness, consideration and conversion, including talent sourcing, campaign execution, content amplification and performance optimization. Build scalable, insight-driven creator programs that connect with Gen Z, millennial moms, and emerging shoppers. Manage agency/partner relationships, ambassador programs, affiliate marketing, trackable links, promo codes, and in-center conversion tactics. Establish measurement frameworks linking creator activity to business outcomes; oversee content supply chain and distribution across owned, paid, and partner channels. Define trends and platform behaviors for viral, shareable content; collaborate cross-functionally to integrate creator marketing into enterprise campaigns and local center strategies; manage budgets and investment across campaigns and platforms. Serve as a thought leader on emerging trends including UGC at scale, creator whitelisting, dark posting, and social commerce.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in influencer, creator or digital marketing
- Proven track record of building and scaling creator marketing programs that drive brand and performance outcomes
- Deep expertise in platform dynamics (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
- Experience leading agencies and cross-functional teams
