Job Summary
Identify staff or subcontractor resources to conduct field activities on new projects and provide technical direction to field consultants. Prepare required field use documents such as sampling plans and device placement logs, then complete technical report reviews to assure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and client requirements. Manage multiple projects while maintaining high-level client contact and delivering proactive solutions. Maintain all aspects of QAQC programs and provide training and mentoring to junior staff members.
Required Qualifications
- Technical level expertise in asbestos, lead, mold, radon, and other indoor air quality parameters
- Experience in developing sampling plans
- Experience in sampling and investigation
- Experience in creating work plans to remediate issues
- Experience in remediation management
- Experience in monitoring
- Experience in clearance testing
- Experience in creating ongoing operations and management plans
- Ability to identify staff or subcontractor resources to conduct field activities on new projects
- Ability to provide technical direction to field consultants
- Ability to prepare required field use documents such as sampling plans and device placement logs
- Ability to complete technical report reviews
