Job Summary
Director, Incident Response at Kroll leading DFIR engagements and mentoring staff. Delivers strong technical skills in cyber defense and incident response, acts as Case Manager to structure projects, manage resources, present findings, and provide commercially viable advice. Maintains quality and value for clients, communicates with senior team members, develops client relationships, and ensures KPIs (utilization, business generation, personal objectives) are achieved. Requires incident response, computer forensics, network security, and computer security audit expertise; six years incident response experience preferred in a consultancy setting; beneficial certifications include CREST IR, CFCE, ENCE, GIAC (GCFA, GCIH, GREM, GNFA). Fluent English plus local language of the country of base; strong written/verbal communication; ability to manage complex cases, resources, and budgets; experience coordinating multiple projects across diverse teams and regions; global awareness and professional, commercial problem-solving approach.
