Job Summary
The Director of Incentive Compensation is responsible for shaping Olympus' global commercial compensation framework, ensuring strategic alignment with company goals. The role involves partnering with various leadership teams to design scalable and sustainable compensation programs. Key responsibilities include defining global Sales & Commercial Compensation strategy, overseeing plan design and benchmarking, managing compensation analytics, and optimizing operational processes. The position requires a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, a strong background in analytics, and proficiency in compensation systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales Compensation, Commercial Excellence, Finance, HR, Strategy, or related fields
- Demonstrated leadership in designing and implementing compensation plans within complex, matrixed global organizations
- Experience supporting or advising senior executives on compensation strategy and commercial performance
- Expertise in compensation design (KPI architecture, payout modeling, quota methodologies)
- Ability to lead transformational initiatives and manage multiple global stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) beneficial
- Foundational knowledge in strategic planning, marketing, financial analysis, and organizational management
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and financial modeling skills
- Advanced Excel/Sheets and proficiency with CRM and compensation systems
