Job Summary
Director of Import Cost Compliance to provide strategic direction and leadership for Skechers' import cost compliance team; oversee the processing of product shipments, payments, letters of credit, and related financial transactions; act as the internal authority on supplier pricing compliance; develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls to streamline price compliance across global import transactions; lead data-driven decision-making and reporting, and collaborate with Finance, Costing, Accounts Payable, IT, and global offices; requires extensive Oracle Cloud Financials experience and on-site work in Manhattan Beach.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in supplier costing, payment compliance, inventory operations, or supply chain management
- At least 5 years in a supervisory role
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Oracle Cloud Financials (OCF), particularly in supplier costs and inventory management modules
- Ability to work on-site in Manhattan Beach headquarters
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and typical productivity applications
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across diverse teams
