Job Summary
Lead end-to-end implementation of projects, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables while developing comprehensive plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with business goals. Allocate resources, monitor progress, and maintain constant communication with stakeholders to manage risks and ensure quality control within timelines. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, provide leadership to project teams, and conduct post-mortem analysis for continuous improvement. Prioritize enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends. Requires 10+ years in project management with 6+ years in lending projects, preferably with PSU/Private bank exposure. Located in Mumbai/Bangalore.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in managing end-to-end project management
- 6+ years of Experience in managing Lending projects
- B.Tech, B.E or equivalent technical degree
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in LOS/LMS implementations in lending institutions
- Fintech, banking, or lending experience
- Familiarity with lending journey, data migration, compliance, and security regulations
- Experience in managing global implementation teams
