Job Summary
Lead and evolve the Client Implementation organization, ensuring successful delivery of digital products including website redesigns, mobile applications, and CMS migrations. Direct the complete client onboarding lifecycle from contract execution through launch and ongoing support while establishing clear performance expectations and workforce planning strategies. Optimize implementation methodologies, governance, and standardized operating procedures to improve delivery predictability and customer satisfaction. Partner with Partner Development, Product, Engineering, and Client Support to align priorities and manage dependencies, serving as a senior client-facing leader during strategic implementations. Own the organization's use of Jira, Confluence, and AI-enabled tools to enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in client implementation, service delivery, professional services, or program management
- ideally in a SaaS or digital platform environment
- 1+ years leading a high-performing team
- Demonstrated hands-on experience leading delivery of digital products including websites, mobile applications, and content management systems
- Track record of building or strengthening implementation, delivery, or program management functions
- Proficient in Jira and Confluence as a power user
- ability to make these tools serve the work
- Demonstrated comfort with AI tools in operational work
- using them to improve workflows, reduce manual coordination, and create leverage for the team
Desired Qualifications
- Project management certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent
- Experience leading large-scale platform migrations or CMS transitions
- Experience developing and retaining strong teams
- coaching and developing individuals into greater ownership and impact
- Experience with Claude or other modern AI platforms in operational work
- Background in collegiate athletics, sports technology, SaaS, or fan-facing digital products
