Job Summary

Market Director for Integrated Kidney Care (CKD program) leads the overall performance of the Minneapolis, MN market, overseeing a diverse team of frontline clinicians and care coordinators, driving operational and financial results, and building strategic partnerships with nephrologists and DaVita Kidney Care partners. Responsibilities include leading talent management across managers and clinical staff, implementing consistent processes for performance and development, utilizing dashboards to monitor key metrics, and addressing barriers to growth and program success. The role emphasizes upstream education, preventative care to delay CKD progression, comprehensive patient support and resource navigation, and ensuring smooth transitions to dialysis when needed. The position requires hybrid field work with local and regional travel (minimum 1x monthly) and requires strong relationship management, program leadership, and a commitment to DaVita’s values.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (related area)
  • Minimum of six years’ supervisory experience
  • Intermediate computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
