Director II Safety Quality Patient Experience

Director II, Safety, Quality, and Patient Experience (SQPE) provides strategic leadership for safety, quality, and patient experience initiatives across an assigned submarket, including oversight of the largest hospital within that region. Leads SQPE teams to ensure compliance with STEEEP care standards and regulatory requirements, drives quality improvement and patient safety initiatives, coordinates data reporting and public metrics, mentors staff development, and partners with medical leadership to advance outcomes across hospital and affiliated ambulatory settings. Travel throughout the east submarket and occasional travel to CC Main Campus. Requires collaboration with nursing quality, accreditation, infection prevention, environmental health and safety, radiation safety, high reliability, and other disciplines to maintain an high-performing SQPE program; development and management of policies, procedures, and budgets; and ensuring infection control and patient experience programs are sustained. Will lead submarket and hospital SQPE departments, monitor clinical performance outcomes, trend quality data for credentialing, support survey preparation, and coordinate external reporting as needed.
