Job Summary
Directs and leads Datavant's Identity & Access Management (IAM) program, overseeing hands-on IAM solution implementations, policy development, and daily management to ensure secure, scalable access control across systems. Manages a small IAM team, provides mentorship and executional guidance, implements standards and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance, collaborates with IT and other departments to integrate IAM requirements into business processes, and oversees selection and management of IAM tools (including IGA) to enhance scalability and efficiency. Regularly reviews configurations and workflows, conducts audits, and provides IAM support for IT security measures to safeguard user data and systems.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in IAM management and program implementation
- Knowledge of IAM processes, technologies, and compliance requirements (e.g., NIST, FedRAMP)
- Ability to lead a small team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM are a plus
