Job Summary
Director - IDEA Labs focusing on Thought Leadership and Tech Innovation in Proptech. Responsibilities include scanning the Proptech space for promising technologies/startups, forming strategic partnerships, presenting at industry events, generating Proptech bulletins, organizing client workshops on digital transformation, co-creating content with stakeholders, and delivering technology implementation with ongoing monitoring. Requires strong communication skills in English, ability to manage client relationships, and at least 5 years in Proptech with a university degree or professional qualification in client/business management, business development, and project management. Location: Bengaluru, India (On-site) with a 48-hour scheduled work week. Familiarity with AI applications in real estate and the ability to articulate technical issues to varied audiences is desired.
Required Qualifications
- University degree or professional qualification in client/business management, business development and project management with at least 5 years in the Proptech industry
