Job Summary
The Newscast Director oversees technical operators during newscasts and live productions, supervising and assigning duties. They are responsible for directing camera staff, liaising between engineering and production, working with news producers, and training operators on equipment. Required Qualifications

- Minimum two years’ experience in news operations and production
- Proficiency with computers, telephones, copiers, scanners, fax machines and other office equipment
- Proficiency with broadcast control equipment
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
