Job Summary
Lead Human Resources strategy and workforce planning for the Business Unit, developing and executing initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Manage talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning while overseeing training programs and professional development. Resolve employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, and ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Administer the HRIS system and utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and operational efficiency. Collaborate with BU leadership to foster a positive work environment and support career pathways for all employees.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 10 year progressive experience in human resources management, with a focus on labor relations, including experience in labor negotiations and collective bargaining
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred
- SHRM certification or equivalent preferred
