Job Summary
Align business objectives with employees and management in designated markets, serving as a strategic consultant to executive leadership on all HR issues. Lead the design and integration of key strategic HR initiatives covering employee relations, labor relations, performance management, training, and workforce planning. Partner with clients to assess business direction, create specific HR business plans, and interpret progress results. Proactively identify and manage job-related complaints while providing direction on policy interpretation and collective bargaining agreements. Coach leaders and employees on management skills, conflict resolution, and communications. Integrate culture standards into business unit practices using diagnostic tools to address development needs. Collaborate with Centers of Expertise to identify needs, implement programs, and improve engagement processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree
- minimum of seven (7) years HR or leadership experience
- minimum of ten (10) years HR or leadership experience in the discipline
- Master's Degree
- relevant experience
- equivalent education and/or experience
- experience through certifications
- HR experience
- generalist experience
- at least two (2) or more areas of specialty
- Demonstrated employee relations experience
- working knowledge of recruitment
- training delivery
- benefits and compensation theory/administration
