Job Summary
Partner with business segment Presidents and the Chief Procurement Officer to develop and execute people and culture strategies for five global business units in Lubrizol Life Sciences and Engineered Materials. Lead a team of HR business partners supporting talent aspects, while acting as a change agent to influence human capital strategies, organizational design, and workforce planning. Collaborate with senior leaders to align strategic talent plans, resolve performance optimization challenges, and champion HR standards across policies and systems. Provide input to benefit and compensation program design, analyze workforce metrics, and coach leadership on talent discussions and succession planning. This role supports the global headquarters transition to the Wickliffe campus as Lubrizol approaches its centennial.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business management or related field or equivalent professional experience within an international organization
- Minimum of 10 years human resources experience with at least 5 years of generalist experience at a senior level
- Experience working closely with senior business leaders to establish strategy, program, tools, policies, and processes
- Experience acting as a change agent, strategic advisor, and collaborator with senior leaders to champion HR standards and influence/shape business plans, vision, mission, and priorities
- Must be available for hybrid work (4 days on-site, 1 day remote)
- Must be available for 10-20% travel
- Must be able to lift or move materials occasionally
- Must adhere to rigorous safety protocols and ergonomic standards
- Must be able to stand, walk, or operate equipment for extended periods
- Must be able to work in a lab or manufacturing setting with appropriate PPE provided
- Must be able to use computers and digital tools in an office or hybrid environment
