Job Summary
Director of Human Resources role focused on strategic partnership with site leadership in a manufacturing environment. Lead both strategic and day-to-day HR functions, shaping culture, employee engagement, talent acquisition, leadership development, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. Partner with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals; oversee full-cycle talent acquisition, onboarding, and employer branding; ensure compliance with employment laws; manage employee relations, policy interpretation, and risk mitigation; drive performance management, training, and leadership development; oversee HR operations and analytics, including onboarding/offboarding and benefits/compensation systems; monitor key HR metrics and drive data-driven decisions. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field and a minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience; manufacturing or operations experience is strongly preferred. The role emphasizes collaboration, strategic thinking, influence, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
