Job Summary
Lead a high-performing regional HR team of five professionals, providing strategic direction to two Managers/Business Partners and functional leadership to three Generalists. Serve as the primary strategic HR partner to Regional Vice Presidents, Directors of Operations, and executive leadership, developing workforce strategies that align with business objectives across eight western states. Manage complex employee relations, investigations, and compliance matters while driving organizational change, succession planning, and talent development initiatives. Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations and present HR metrics to identify improvement opportunities. This role reports to the CHRO and supports InterDent's multi-state dental support organization, which serves over 2,100 employees and operates nationally recognized brands.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Eight or more years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience
- Minimum of three years leading HR professionals or HR Business Partners
- Demonstrated success supporting multi-site organizations with geographically dispersed workforces
- Strong background in employee relations, organizational development, compliance, and leadership coaching
Desired Qualifications
- Healthcare, dental, retail, hospitality, or other large multi-site service organization experience
- Experience supporting organizations with 1,500+ employees across multiple states
- Experience leading organizational change and transformation initiatives
