Job Summary
Design and implement Dayforce HCM software to align with company HRIS, managing internal database files, tables, codes, and security for all employee data. Develop back-end programs, APIs, and servers using React, NodeJS, JavaScript, SQL, and XML to improve HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy. Collaborate with internal departments to identify components, provide technical guidance, and engineer solutions that meet business goals. Evaluate system effectiveness, define functional roadmaps, and conduct testing while staying current with engineering methodologies. Work with vendors to ensure delivery of HR technology services and manage security frameworks including RBAC, SSO, GDPR, and SOC2 compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
- 5 years of experience in a software engineering or related role
- 5 years of experience with Dayforce HCM implementation and configuration, including Recruiting, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Learning Management, Document Management, Dashboards, Core HR, and Onboarding modules
- 5 years of experience with integrating Dayforce with ATS, payroll providers, learning platforms, and document management systems
- 5 years of experience with APIs and Web Services (SOAP and REST)
- 5 years of experience with HR data transformation and migration utilizing SQL, XML, and XSLT
- 5 years of experience with configuring custom dashboards and workforce analytics utilizing Dayforce expression builder, SQL queries and data visualization
- 5 years of experience with multi-tenant SaaS HRIS environments to ensure compliance, security, and performance optimization
- 5 years of experience with HRIS security and authentication management, including RBAC and SSO authentication
- 5 years of experience with HRIS compliance and security frameworks, including GDPR, SOC2 and FLSA
