Job Summary
Develop and implement human capital strategies aligned with organizational mission, driving performance through talent acquisition, employee relations, learning & development, workforce planning, and strategic initiatives. Partner on diversity and inclusion efforts to enhance culture while promoting engagement and continuous growth. Manage specific HR projects and cross-functional initiatives to foster operational improvements and efficiencies. Serve as the Compliance Officer for Human Resources, acting as the point person for employment-related claims or litigation with outside counsel. Report directly to the Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer within a 4-hospital integrated health system featuring over 700 licensed beds and 5,000 employees.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience
- At least three years of supervisory experience

- JD or Master's Degree in related field
- Healthcare experience
