Job Summary
Create and implement human capital strategies, policies, and programs aligned with organizational mission and performance goals. Partner with leadership to drive initiatives in talent acquisition, employee relations, learning & development, workforce planning, and teammate safety. Manage specific HR projects, foster operational improvements, and serve as the Compliance Officer for HR, acting as the point person for employment-related claims or litigation. Promote a culture of engagement and diversity while recruiting and retaining top talent. Requires five years of HR experience including supervisory roles, with a background in employment laws and healthcare preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience
- At least three years of supervisory experience
