Director, Human Resources

Create and implement human capital strategies, policies, and programs aligned with the organization's mission to drive performance. Partner with leadership to identify, develop, and drive key initiatives in talent acquisition, employee relations, learning & development, workforce planning, and strategic HR projects. Manage specific HR projects, foster teamwork, and ensure high-quality service that supports the strategic direction of the 4-hospital integrated health system. Serve as the Compliance Officer for Human Resources, acting as the point person with outside counsel on employment-related claims or litigation. Engage with diversity and inclusion initiatives to enhance culture while promoting engagement, continuous learning, and growth to recruit and retain top talent.
