Job Summary
Director, Human Resources at Fidelity Institutional responsible for building and executing HR strategies to drive business results. Partners with leadership to enhance the associate experience and deliver talent capabilities across the organization, including talent acquisition, compensation, inclusive talent strategies, employee relations, organizational design and development, workforce planning, and change management. Leads or participates in Talent Review and Succession Planning, coaches and partners with leaders at all levels, and uses data analysis (Excel) to influence organizational and talent decisions. Requires strong interpersonal, consultative skills, and the ability to navigate across business units. Note: Fidelity is not providing immigration sponsorship for this position.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 8-10 years of Human Resources experience
- Strong HR business partner capability across broad areas including talent acquisition, compensation, inclusive talent strategies, employee relations, organizational design and development, workforce planning and change management
